We stand behind our craft. If anything we installed fails due to our workmanship, we fix it. No excuses, no hoops to jump through.
2. Full Manufacturer Coverage
You’re protected twice. We honor all brand warranties from the products we install – James Hardie, Maibec, Versetta Stone, vinyl, aluminum, and more. If you ever need to file a manufacturer claim, we guide you through it step by step.
3. Warranty That Stays With the Home – Plus Loyalty for You
Selling your home? No problem. Our 10-year workmanship warranty and maintenance obligations stay with the property for the remainder of the term at no extra cost.
Just have the new homeowner contact us within 30 days to transfer the warranty.
Moving to a new place? You keep your perks – including exclusive loyalty discounts on future projects.
4. Keep It Easy, Keep It Covered
To maintain full coverage, just follow simple care guidelines:
- Rinse siding annually
- Keep gutters clean
- Re-caulk or touch up paint if needed
- Avoid high-pressure washing at close range
- Keep bushes and trees from touching the siding
- (We’ll send you a care checklist after installation – so you’re never guessing.)
5. What’s Not Covered
We’re good, but we’re not the weather gods. Exclusions include:
- Severe storms or “acts of God”
- Impact or accidental damage
- Foundation shifting
- Pre-existing structural issues
- Alterations or repairs done by others
